No. LG has it's own web operating system.

No. Only certain TV's have Roku built in. You have to find a TV that uses Roku as the OS. This TV has Web OS as the base OS. I did see a few with Roku at Best buy but they were in the 400-500 range. Black Friday might bring the price down. I just ordered a Roku stick (the new Roku 4K has a heat problem that's actually causing folks to unplug their Roku) and plugged it into one of the available ports. Works like a charm.
