The HDMI ports are for input, not output. Best quality audio would be from the optical digital audio out port located on the back of the TV.

The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UJ6200 has an HDMI IN/ARC port that has to be connected to an HDMI port on your receiver that supports ARC functionality and you have to set the SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) to On in the TVs settings menu. A high-speed HDMIⓇ cable with CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) function is required to use SIMPLINK. Pin 13 of the high-speed HDMIⓇ cable is used for data transfer between devices...^IFV
