Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lol. There are built-in speakers, and they're actually quite good!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on which kinds of programs you normally watch on TV. If you normally watch dramas, sitcoms, talk shows and news shows, the built in speakers will likely be okay for typical use, especially if the TV is in a smaller room like a den or bedroom. But even in a larger room, such as a Great Room or living room, you should be OK. If you listen to many programs that are heavy on music, such as those often aired on PBS or the Music Choice music channels found on many Cable TV systems, them the built-in TV speakers may be found lacking. And that is not just on this TV, but virtually all thin flat panel TVs. To keep a HD TV very thin, the manufacturers typically use small speakers and a low-powered audio amplifier circuit, using, maybe 5 watts per channel, which is not very much power. Then a soundbar may be helpful. However, you should try the TV out, watching the programs in its located room, with the volume turned up to a reasonable level, for a month or so. If the sound level or quality is not acceptable, y.ou can always buy a soundbar later
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A sound bar would be a much better solution.
