“I'm having trouble finding an image of the remote. I'm looking to purchase this for my 80 year old grandmother and she needs a simple remote. Preferably if it has "Netflix" and "hulu" button right on the remote. Anyone know if this one does?”

There is a Netflix button but unfortunately no Hulu. The only way to get Hulu is if you would connect a streaming device like a ROKU Express to one of the HDMI's on the TV. But that means another remote (ROKU remote) for your grandmother to learn. See attached photo.

Press the home button (picture of a house) in the center of the LG tv remote, and it will have HULU listed among the apps at the bottom of the screen. Use the right arrow on the remote to get to the HULU app. Sorry about that. ROKU is NOT needed for HULU.
