The LG UK6090PUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UK6090PUA has a voltage rating of 100~240 VAC 50-60 Hz. The plug that is on the power cord that is attached to the TV is designed for the Type A or Type B sockets and the standard voltage in the U.S. is 120 V and national standards specify that the nominal voltage at the source should be 120 V and allow a range of 114 V to 126 V (RMS) (−5% to +5%). Historically 110 V, 115 V and 117 V have been used at different times and places in North America. The standard frequency is 60 Hz. 220, 240 V sockets are not the same as 120 V sockets and the frequency for those voltages is typically 50 Hz. You will need an adapter for the plug that will fit into the proper socket for those voltages. If in doubt, please contact a qualified electrician to ensure that you have the right socket. You also have to remember that the TV has three built-in tuners, an ATSC tuner, an NTSC tuner and a QAM tuner that are designed for compatibility with the Television Broadcast Systems used in the U.S. of countries that use those standards. It will not work in Europe, the U.K., or Japan or in countries that use different systems...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just bought it and opened it to read 240v in the back of the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.220volts, alternating at 50 cycles ( hertz) per second
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the TV was made for the US then you will not be able to use it in most other countries. With or without an adapter. We operate on 60Hz. Most of Europe and other countries operate at 50Hz. That's how many times the current reverses itself in one second. So 60Hz would pulse back an forth 60 times a second. This is why it is called Alternating Current. If you slow it down you can get all kinds of desirable and undesirable effects. A desirable effect would be motor speed control. Like a ceiling fan. An undesirable effect would be flickering of lights. Or appliances operating at a diminished capacity. Most modern appliances auto range on voltage. It simply feeds a transformer on the inside. But it must indicate the range. Most common is between 100 and 240 volts AC. If it only says 120v then that is your limit. Or it may only say 240v. then that is your limit. Hope this was helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can use it with 220 Volt or 110 ?
