“I have an older LG 43" (42LK520 made in 2011) which was damaged so I'm lookign to replace with something similar. It has a refresh rate of 120Hz. I see that this one has a refresh rate of 60Hz. Is this lower rate going to be noticeable?”

The lower refresh rate depends on what you are viewing on the TV. Sports and video games may cause the refresh rate to be more noticeable than news or slower motion TV shows.
