“We have the LG-43” Class 43UN7000PUB TV. For some reason we can turn the TV off by holding down the off button, but TV will turn back on within few seconds. Why is this happening? We had to unplug the TV to turn it off.”

We regret to read about the issues that you are experiencing with the LG UHD 70 Series 43 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 43UN7000PUB not staying off after you have turned it off and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Is the button that you are holding down on the remote control or on the TV? If it is on the remote control, it may be that the button is sticking for some reason.
