Push the setup button on the remote it looks like a gear ⚙️. Down arrow to the three vertical dots (All Settings) and push button in center of arrows. Down arrow to Accessibility then right arrow, down arrow to Grayscale and if it is Green push button in center of arrows to turn it Gray.
