The base of the TV is 9 inches wide (front to back). If your table is wider than 9 inches, then it should fit. I don't work for Best Buy (I'm a customer like you). I was looking at the same TV and I did a lot of measurements, wondering if it would fit on my shelf. (i didn’t like the slanted base, no place to put your sound bar, maybe look on Amazon for a flat base TV Stand, that are adjustable and for many size TV's) I hope this helps!
