I disabled all of the powersaver features and anything else I could find, but the problem persists, even during zoom calls where there is still some movement on the screen, just not enough. I have also talked with LG tech support, twice, and still no luck. This inconvenience clearly out ways any benefits this tv provides... for me. I'm sure in other cases, like gaming or actually just watching tv, it may not be a big deal, but I spend 8-12 hours a day working in front of it, so it IS a big deal to me. So, I will be returning the TV. I'm just disappointed that LG doesn't point that out clearly up front. Make the customer figure it out the hard way.

This behavior is most likely due to the Energy Saving or AI Brightness feature automatically dimming the screen when it detects no motion. A quick troubleshooting step: Press the Settings button on your remote. Go to All Settings > Picture > Energy Saving, and set it to Off. (Optional) Under All Settings > General > Eco Mode, make sure any screen-off or sleep timers are disabled.
