Any suggestions on best settings null

I think you just need to play around with the picture modes. I like Sports for sports and Cinema for movies and TV shows. Sometimes, depending on the show, the ADP (I think that's what it is) is the better choice. It does help to switch back and forth depending on what you are watching at the time.

Depends on your device and what your watching. I generally set it to cinema mode and left it alone.
