A:Answer I have been all over the interwebs searching this and did a side by side comparison between the 6100 and the 6030 on the LG website. There is absolutely no difference except for the shipping weight which was only different by 0.1 lb. All other dimensions/components/features/specs were the same, so that was either a typo or it might have a different material for the frame or stand. Otherwise, all (and I do mean all since I meticulously went through every single item on the LG website) of the specs are identical. My guess is that the 6030 was intended as a Black Friday deal and they gave it a different model # so that way after Black Friday, stores like Best Buy didn't have to honor their "Price Match Guarantee" against other stores that were trying to get rid of their BF stock. This is based on the fact that you don't find any info about the 6030 before September of this year and Best Buy pulled it from stock a week after BF (I'm assuming once they sold out). You can still find it elsewhere, but except for a couple of lingering cyber Monday sales online who still have it at BF prices, the 6030 is now sold at the same price as the 6100. I would be willing to bet that they will all be gone in the next month.
