I know the uh6100 is the newer tv of the 2 & the uh6100 also have the newer os which is web OS 3.0 and the 6430 have the older web OS 2.0 the 6430 is a little slimmer than the uh6100 & the 6100 also have HDR which improves the colors,contrast & makes picture brighter
