- Answer The LG LK5700PUA HDR Smart LED Full HD 1080p TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49LK5700PUA is a VESA Compliant TV that has an A x B VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 300 x 300 mm. There are three types of Wall Mount that can be used to mount this TV, Fixed Wall Mounts that don't move, Tilting Wall Mounts that tilt as the name implies and Full Motion Wall Mounts. Regardless of which type of wall mount you choose, as long as it is a VESA Compliant Wall Mount that supports the VESA Wall Mount Pattern on the TV, VESA Compliance guarantees that it will work with the TV. ^CP

Go into the Settings Menu on the LG LK5700PUA HDR Smart LED Full HD 1080p TV - 49" Class (48.5" Diag), Model # 49LK5700PUA by pressing the Home button on the remote control and then on the TV Settings > Advanced Settings > General > Home/Store mode and select Home Mode if the TV is not on Home Mode...^IFV

- Answer check your connections, is your cable line dead? try a trusted dvd player to see if the problem is in the tv or with your inputting system. unplug it for 1 minute, then plug it back in.
