“I bought an LG 49UJ6300 last week. How do I get a headset to work with this tv? I would prefer wireless but if that won’t work with this tv I can use a wire. Just need someone to explain how.”

We could not use our wired headset as the TV does not have that port. However, you can go to Best Buy and purchase a universal Blue Tooth Transmitter. Plug into the TV's RCA audio out ports and turn on head phones. Then look for the hookup. Hopefully this will work for you! If not, you can always return it. Also, any questions you have, you can always email LG and they do respond.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 42" LG TV, but make/model does not matter as I use the Optical Audio Out from my Telus 4K receiver to my wireless Senheiser Headphones. You do need to have an adapter box to connect RCA cables that the Headphones use and allows you to connect to the Optical Out on the receiver. I got my connector at Best Buy.
