“I just recently like today bought this washing machine. And I read the manual before using washer and it says to test the washer before use. And I have tried to do this and it does nothing . Please help!”

I had the same issue. The instructions are a little misleading. The following worked for me: Press the power button and let go of it. Then, immediately press the other two buttons listed in the instructions together and hold. It will go into test mode. This is the same for the dryer.
