“Does anyone have any issue with this washer not cleaning well? All the clothes still seem dirty”

We are very satisfied with the performance of this washer. We are using less detergent and less water. We only use Tide HE. Maybe your problem is your detergent.

I did until I learn how to add extra water and put the detergent directly in the washer tub.

It does not get enough water to clean clothes. There is no setting to increase water. If your clothes stink when they go in they will stink when they come out. If you don't believe me keep reading reviews on various web sites.

It uses so little water it does not clean well. I returned mine.

I've had this washer for a month now and it's performing as expected, all clothes come out clean.
