You just need to download the app onto your smart phone to use the wifi options.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not really. You need a laptop, phone, or tablet that can install their app (SmarthinQ I think it's called). And you need your wifi (both the name and the password to access it). So just wifi and the app on your phone or something. You then press the button to look for wifi, and it'll try to connect with your phone/the app. It then asks you through the phone which wifi it is. You pick the right one, and enter the password. Then the washer or dryer starts updating a bit, and then once it's done, it is forever connected to the wifi (unless you decide it needs to stop). So it just continuously remains connected without having to do anything after that. The initial connection does take a while, but after that, it just stays on.
