Yes. Though the washer is large physically, it handles small loads best. Tangling had been a big problem with this machine.

If you stuff your WT7300, with a mixed load including long sleeve shirts and pants, it might be a problem. 
If you just put in a normal amount of clothes, your SMART washer will decide how much water you need and run through its cycles without tangling.
That is my experience. I am very pleased with my purchase and had plenty of time to exchange it had I been dissatisfied.

I like most everything about this washer. I found I don't need steam in the washer, just in the dryer. The more simple the options, the more reliable throughout the life of the washer. My Consumer's Reports stated LG is now the most reliable washer.

I have owned both top load LG and front load LG washers and YES, they both tangle up the clothes and get a UE code that needs to be addressed by pulling soggy, dripping wet items apart and re-distributing them in the tub. It is beyond ridiculous! I will NEVER buy LG products again. And the answer from LG that "...oh no it won't tangle as long as you load your clothing items properly..." is a bunch of crap. It doesn't matter how I load the machine, if I put more than 10 items in a load, they will tangle and get the error code. LG appliances stink.
