• The bedding setting. Water plus and deep wash don’t fill up nearly as much as bedding setting I’m shocked that even LG itself is giving out the wrong info

• Adding several buckets of water by hand to this worthless LG machine. I try to wash a mattress pad and have to add water myself!

• I use now bedding cycle for everything so I get full tub of water. Adding buckets of water helps on deep cycle but still not enough water. So bedding cycle every time.

• Depending on your model, the option to use is either ‘water plus’ or ‘deep fill/ max’. You may need to download the complete manual and possibly look at the section for a different model, in the same manual, to find the description for the option your model has.

• After you let it fill on “deep wash” and already had pressed the extra water button, once the light turns off on the extra water button, pause the cycle and press the extra water button again then hit play. This will fill more water into the machine and actually submerge your clothes for a true clean. It takes about 5-10 minutes if your time but it’s worth it. All washers are “energy efficient” nowadays, so they all suck when it comes to this.

• Select the deep wash. That is the deep water wash. Then choose the soil and spin level for the type of clothes you are washing.

• This model has a Water Plus feature. Use this option to add extra water to the wash cycle for better wash performance with large or bulky items. When you select Normal cycle and Water Plus option, the cycle will be changed to Deep Wash cycle before starting. To add more water while a cycle is running, pause the cycle and select this option. If the washer reaches its maximum water level, this button will have no effect. ^Daphane
