To use the pre-wash option, you need to press and hold in the extra rinse button for 3 to 4 seconds. Thank you so much Ms.TereseaS This was literally driving me up a wall lol.

You can remove contamination from laundry through Pre-wash and then use the Normal cycle for washing. You can select the [Pre wash+Normal] cycle by pressing the [Course 2] button. When this cycle is selected, washing time will be extended in comparison to the previous Normal cycle. ~Anthony
