The load creates centrifugal force that amplifies, causing the machine to walk or vibrate. Since this is a new washer, failing internal suspension components is not the issue. Using the washer without leveling it may cause excess vibration and noise, leading to a washer malfunction. The leveling feet should only be adjusted as far as necessary to level the washer. Extending the leveling feet more than necessary can cause the washer to vibrate. The floor should have been clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, water, and oil before the washer was installed, so the washer's feet cannot slide easily. Feet that move or slide on the floor can contribute to excessive vibration and noise The washer's drum spins at very high speeds.
