“I got the SK10 soundbar off reviews the Center Channel firmware update fixing one of it's flaws. To my disappointment the LG app has gone 3 days with no update available. I called LG and they know nothing of an update. Does anyone have more info on it?”

Thanks so much for your question and we hate to see this soundbar was not as expected. To perform the software update you will need the LG Wi-Fi Speaker Application. Once in the app you will click on settings, the Software Version Information and then you will need to select Update. Please ensure the sound bar is not powered off while the update is in progress. The sound bar will automatically reboot when the update has completed.
