Are Simplink (HDMI-CEC) and ARC also set to On on the LG 5.1.2 ch High-Resolution Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, Model # SJ9 and are you using a Type A, High-Speed HDMI™ cable with Ethernet?.
