“I just bought an LG UHD 65SJ850A and the LG SJ9 soundbar. I was told by the gentleman who sold me the soundbar that I would be able to experience the Dolby Atmos sound with these two devices. But I can't seem to make that happen. Any advice?”

• You only get Dolby Atmos sound when you have an Atmos signal going to the speaker, such as a new Bluray with Atmos sound, or a few movies being shown on Netflix, etc.
