You get home to get the package off your porch and box feels light so you remember how heavy the first one was that’s downstairs in your basement. You open the box and there’s no soundbar at all. What am I gonna do with the subwoofer only. I returned it to Best Buy and it was no questions at all. I’m thinking I’m gonna have to go back and forth with them. I’ve pulled video from my ring camera to show the driver is carrying the box on his shoulder from the road and no one has been on my porch. Nope, she returned it like this happens all the time sir. Nope, I’ll only be buying open box in store so I can verify I have all my items. PS I bought the Sonos afterwards and love it better than the LG soundbar.
