“Is it supposed to steam clothes at end of every cycle regardless of settings? No matter what temp water we choose the clothes come out hot/steamed at the end of the wash cycle.”

• Hi Kkilbo. The Steam option for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. Mega Capacity TurboWash® Washer with Steam Technology, Model # WM8100HVA cannot be used with all cycles. It is only available for the Jumbo Wash, Cotton/Normal, Heavy Duty, Bulky Large, Bright Whites™, Sanitary, and Allergiene™ wash cycles. It is not automatically added to these cycles. You would have to press the Steam/Fresh Care button to add it to the cycles. If your clothes come out hot/steamed at the end of the wash cycle, you may have your hot water inlet hose connected to the cold water inlet valve. Check to make sure the hot and cold water inlet hoses are connected properly. If that is not the issue, the washer will require a repair service...^IFV
