The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam - Graphite Steel, Model # WM8100HVA is equipped with a white LED light that illuminates when the washer is turned on. This light automatically turns off when the door is closed and the cycle starts.The drum light can be turned on during a wash cycle by pressing and holding the Extra Rinse/Drum Light button for 3 seconds during the wash cycle. The drum light will illuminate and then turn off automatically after 4 minutes. Clothes and the gasket may look like yellow due to lights of the lamp, but it is normal...^IFV
