• There is no agitator as you're accustomed with top loaders in the past. Basically just drop the items into the wash drum and balance out the amount around the drum. Very simple operation, no more shaking, loud thumping sounds, washer moving on the floor, this is the future.

• Owners manual shows to criss cross clothing and put some around the edges. Mine haven't twisted at all or gotten tangled
