“There are two lock/unlock knobs on back of dispenser tray. Are these supposed to be in unlocked position or locked position for operation? when do you use each?”

i had the same problem but you must keep them both lock if not the soap and the softener will pour out and i both will be empty so keep the lock and in the setting it adjustment you can make for both of the soap and softener to come out
