Thank you for reaching us regarding LG Washer. Turn off the EZDispense function on your LG WT8600CB washing machine by pressing the 'Detergent' or 'Softener' Level button repeatedly. This allows you to add your preferred detergent and fabric softener manually. The EZDispense function automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener based on your load, but you can override it if you prefer to use a different product. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the back there are locks you can just twist them off and then the soaps will be used up with the load that you want. So you can use different soaps and not have to worry . I hope this helps.
