Yes. I believe you can also order it with an agitator or the other mode.

It doesn’t have the traditional agitator like old machines had, this one is low almost like a low hump the middle. I find also the drum inside is all stainless I feel like it cleans my clothes better than my Maytag that also didn’t have the traditional agitator.

No. I looked for this model because I wanted an agitator, but it does not. However it washes very well.
