“We just got this washer 2 days ago and we have used it 3 or 4 times. It has this very loud high pitch/frequency sound when the washer is spinning or washing. Just whenever the drum is moving. Is this normal or is something wrong with it?”

• Mine makes the same high frequency noise. Just received mine today and notice it with my first wash.

• I agree with first response, ours is quiet. Your issue is most likely a noisy inverter; solid state switching circuit that drives the motor. We love our washer so far, amazing machine.

• I would say something is wrong. Our machine is very quiet. You hardly know it is running.
