- Answer Mine did this. It still doesn’t work. Tech said it tries to balance load by adding water to distribute weight. Reach in and balance heavier items on outside. Good luck. I’m still waiting to get this washer to work… UGH

- Answer We were so amazed at how quiet this washing machine is on all cycles! My husband was skeptikal about this machine. He is now so happy that we purchased it. Ours is located in the basement and it is so quiet he kept checking on it to make sure it was still running for the first few weeks.

- Answer This unit features LoDecibel™ Quiet Operation which, we do not have an exact decibel number, but it is comparable to the same decibel as library noise which on average is around 40 decibels. This number can vary due to the installation as well as the home acoustics. ^Daphane

QuestionCan I change temp settings when using the Normal cycle or do you have to use the default of warm wash? When I tap temp change, nothing happens. Also can you use bleach with the quick wash setting?

- Answer You should be able to change the water temperature. All options are available in the normal cycle. Press the button for the desired modifier until the indicator light for the desired setting is lit .A chime will sound and the LED will not light if a selection is not allowed. Temp. selects the wash and rinse temperature combination for the selected cycle. The manual highlights for the Speed Wash do not say no to use bleach in this cycle, it only specifies to use very little detergent. - Answer The blue know is used during the rinse cycle. A stream of water comes out of it instead of just the main water pouring down.

QuestionI cannot seem to find any information about the length of the basic manufacturer warranty (NOT the optional extended warranty). Just trying to figure out how much time we'd have on a bare bones warranty. Information is not easy to locate...ANYWHERE.

- Answer There is a delicate cycle with a default wash temperature of Tap Cold, default low spin speed and default light soil level. Wash temperature can be adjusted for War, Semi Warm, Cold and Cold tap. Spin speed can be set for Low and No Spin. ^Daphane
