If i have a large load i just fill it up to the line. Smaller loads i just kind of guess. I love my new washer and dryer. Enjoy!

Powdered and liquid detergents come with measuring cups that indicate how much detergent to use for specific load sizes. You should never use more than the maximum amount of detergent recommended by the detergent manufacturer. Using too much detergent can lead to oversudsing, poor rinsing, detergent buildup in clothing, and residue buildup that can contribute to odors in the washer. The Main Wash Detergent Compartment for this washer has a maximum fill line and you should not exceed the maximum fill line.
