A:AnswerNo. The issue was connecting tube to the wall has 5/8" female but I need 1/2" female. They said they have right tube.I am not sure. I believe they took apicture of pipe on the wall but I don't think they took a picture of oven. I assume you should have a picture of oven that was from best buy.
