• Per the Owner's Manual on page 45 to clean the cooktop spray the cleared range top surface with a grease remover. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove all food and grease residue. Rinse off the cloth in hot water and continue to wipe the surface until all of the soap residue is removed. ^Daphane
