• Yes, the gas burners are sealed. The grate is 3 pieces, left, right and center. The bottom drawer is for storage. ^Daphane

• The burners are not sealed you have a flat cast iron disc on top then a aluminum burner both are removable. The top grates are in 3 pieces plus the flat griddle that sits on top of the grates all will fit in the dishwasher. Yes it has a bottom storage drawer.
