“It says it's a smart tv but not what programming that it includes, ie: HBO, SHOWTIME,NETFLIX etc. What does it include?”

• It hasn't LGs Web OS 3.0, so just Google that. You can download various streaming apps on it just like an iPad

• The Smart TV can download apps such as the apps you specified HBO-Go, Showtime, Netflix etc.., but the TV does not come with the apps pre-loaded.
