• If I lived there I wouldn't have time to watch TV. I suspect that the TV would do as well as any in a hot humid salty air place.

• 4K content right now can only be streamed. If you have a fast enough internet (>50-60Mbps) and you have access to online streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, or you wish to play UHD games on the Playstation 4 or higher, or the Xbox One S or later, go for it.
