Many times picture quality troubles can be resolved with a few tweaks to the settings. Scroll all the way to the bottom to all settings and go the the picture menu. And change the settings as needed. 1- click the settings wheel 2- scroll down to the settings wheel at the bottom right hand corner 3-click on it and find the picture settings. Hope this helps.
