As long as you have HDMI cable for your DVD player and AV cables for your VCR player they will connect, however unless you put a 4K resolution DVD in the DVD player then it will not fully enhance the picture. It will look better on a bigger TV but the overall quality will of the actual video will not change since the movies were not shot in 4K for. Hope this is helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remember that your VCR can't really put out more than about 320 lines of resolution. The TV can show more than 2000! So to match the TV's real ability, it would need to make up about 1800 more lines - 6 times as much as the original recording. That's why VCR recordings typically don't look as good as you remember them on a really good TV. DVDs, Bluray and HD TV starts out much better, so it can be improved on.
