It might be cause your internet is moving slow you should use an Ethernet cord to your tv directly so it can get the most speed

The preinstalled Netflix app should be the latest version and there is no need to update it. You can go into the Settings Menu on the TV and set it up to allow for Automatic Updates so that when an update is available, the update automatically starts without prompting a question. If you don't have that set up, the TV will prompt a question when an update is available and the update will begin after you allow the TV to initiate the update...^IFV
