Hi, There! the TV is designed to pull away from the wall slightly to allow access to the ports. To access the HDMI ports, locate the release button or lever on the side or bottom of the wall mount. This will disengage the locking mechanism. Carefully pull the TV away from the wall, just enough to reach behind and access the HDMI ports. Once you've made the necessary connections, gently push the TV back against the wall until it locks into place. Be sure not to pull the TV too far away from the wall, as this could potentially damage the panel. Take your time and work slowly and carefully. ^James.
