Since your purchase was on 11/24/2024, your unit is currently covered under this manufacturer's warranty. To assist with the system performance, we suggest checking the power cord by unplugging it from both the wall outlet and the back of the TV, inspecting the pins for any physical damage, and then securely reconnecting it to ensure the TV receives a stable and consistent power flow.
