• The 55SK8000PUA has the following inputs/outputs for connecting devices to: Optical, USB, Composite, HDMI, Ethernet. The TV does not have a component input. It does have a composite input. • Yes, you can connect a DVD player to this television, with a HDMI cable. The TV has a total of 4 HDMI ports where you could connect cable or satellite TV, gaming consoles, etc.
