• Yes, you can use google to turn on/off your tv. Not sure why someone answered only off; that is incorrect. I turn it on using google. You can also increase/decrease volume and make other commands. I'm still playing around with it but I was able to turn it on, increase volume, and go to Netflix.

• You can use google home to turn off the tv by saying..."ok google, ask lg to turn off the tv" or "ask lg..." to do many things... but it wont turn on your tv
