• The previous answer is false. We purchased this TV on 11/9/2019 and the latest software update includes support for AirPlay 2 to stream music and videos from your iPad, iPhone, and Mac, along with mirroring. As long as you’re connected to the internet, you can force the update, manually.

• It will not receive the firmware upgrade that adds support for AirPlay 2. Of the 4K UHD models, only the UM7X series models will receive that upgrade. ^CP
