“Hello, do the tv stands require screws or do they lock into the tv? I didn't recall seeing any screws in the box but feel as though they may be necessary.”

The stands do require a couple of screws that were in the box for me, but I didn't put them in immediately and as long as it is sitting on a fairly stable surface, it should be fine. Just to be certain though, you might want to reach out to LG and they should be able to send you the 4 screws required to properly secure the stands.
