Neither the 43" nor this LG 55 Inch Class 4K HDR Smart LED TV (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM6910PUC nor any of our TVs for that matter are designed for outdoor use. This TV has a optimal operating temperature of 0 °C to 40 °C (32 °F to 104 °F) and an optimal operating humidity of less than 80%. Not sure what the temperature and humidity are in your covered patio, or how free from dust it is, however, the warranty does not cover for any malfunctions resulting from using the TV in your outdoor covered patio so using it in that environment is discretionary on you...^IFV
